About the Role

We are seeking a detail-orientated Junior Website/DigitalDesigner to join our dynamic creative team. You’ll bringreal-world expertise in Photoshop, HTML, CSS and Wordpressand arazor-sharp eye for detail, starting on a diverse range of projects across website anddigital design from day one. Reporting to a senior team member, you’ll be involved in:
* Designing high-quality websites for theatre marketing campaigns;
* Designing, coding and testing HTML emails;
* Adapting artwork for websites;
* Creating HTML5 animations;
* Proofreading designs to ensure error-free, polished outputs;
* Collaborating with team members and clients to ensure design objectives are met;
* Maintaining project timelines and deliverables within deadlines;
* Staying updated with design trends and bringing new ideas to the team.
You’ll work directly with a variety of wonderful clients, supported by our close-knit and encouraging team. Collaboration is key to our success, and while our team enjoys remote working, we have daily morning one-to-one meetings and stay connected throughout the daywith regular calls and chats

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:
* Real-life proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, HTML, CSS and Wordpressto hit the ground running;
* 4-5 years of professional website/digital design experience, ideally with aminimum of 1-2 years within an agency environment or similar;
* Flawless written and spoken English;
* A razor-sharp eye for design detail;
* Asecond-to-none abilityto proofread your own and others’ work to100% accuracy;
* Proactiveinseekingclarificationorassistancewhen required;
* Excellenttime management;
* A solid understanding of what makesexceptional graphic design and animation;
* Ability to draw creative inspiration from unconventional sources;
* A friendly, positive attitude with acan-do mindset;
* Superb organisational skills and enthusiasm for multitasking;
* Confidence in prioritising tasks independently and remaining calm under pressure;
* Capability to manage multiple demands on your time effectively.

Highly Desirable:
* Strong working knowledge ofAdobe Animate,Illustrator,InDesignandFigma;
* Familiarity withJavascript,jQueryor other code language
