* Own day-to-day website operations and governance, including site structure, navigation, collections, launches, and ongoing maintenance.
* Own the end-to-end flow of product data from Salsify to the live website, including hands-on uploads, bulk updates, attribute management, and data quality enforcement.
* Define and maintain product taxonomy, metadata, and data standards to ensure consistency across website, analytics, and downstream platforms.
* Manage and maintain third-party website integrations and vendor relationships, including Roomvo, development partners, and data providers.
* Lead execution of the Adobe β†’ Shopify migration, including product data mapping, validation, QA, and post-launch stabilization.
* Own website and CRM analytics across GA4, SEMrush, ChannelSight, and related tools; ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
* Translate performance data into actionable insights to improve traffic quality, conversion, engagement, and merchandising effectiveness.
* Serve as the primary cross-functional partner between Marketing, E-commerce, Product, IT, and external vendors; document workflows, requirements, and platform standards.
* 5-7+ years of experience in web management, e-commerce operations, digital analytics, or platform ownership roles.
* Proven hands-on experience managing product data from a PIM (Salsify or similar) into a live e-commerce site.
* Direct experience owning website platforms (Adobe Commerce and/or Shopify), including migration or replatforming initiatives.
* Strong understanding of product data, taxonomy, feeds, and data governance.
* Experience with GA4, SEMrush, ChannelSight, and web analytics tools.
* Uses AI tools to accelerate data validation, reporting, documentation, and operational workflows.
* Comfortable managing vendors, integrations, and technical partners.
* Strong Excel/Sheets skills; data fluency required.
