About the Role

We’re hiring ahigh-output Video Editorto support a fast-growing content operation focused onYouTube long-form and high-volume short-form distributionacross TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and Meta platforms.

This role is ideal for an editor who understandshow content performs, not just how to cut video.

You’ll be responsible for producing10–20 short-form videos per day, repurposed from YouTube content, interviews, and long-form recordings — optimized forretention, watch time, hooks, titles, and thumbnails.

This is a performance-driven role withbonuses tied directly to views and growth milestones.
