Work Hours (Client):atleast 4 hours overlap with PST, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday

Pay Range: 2,500-3,500USD/month(varies based on skill set and experience level)

Company/Client Overview:

The Company is a premium video production studio based in Portland, Oregon. We produce high-end branded content for clients such as Toyota and Porsche. We are a small, focused team delivering cinematic, story-driven work across multiple simultaneous projects.

Because we run a video production company, there are a number of specialized creative needs that could add significant value to our team. The primary focus is video editing — but it must be high-quality, premium editing. This is not a basic content role. We are looking for refined creative judgment and strong storytelling ability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This is a hands-on creative role focused on post-production. You will help shape high-end commercial and branded projects from raw footage through final delivery.

We are specifically looking for a “really quality B-tier” editor — someone who may not be a director-level creative lead, but who consistently delivers premium work aligned with major brand standards.
* Edit high-end branded and commercial video content
* Craft compelling narrative arcs and pacing
* Execute polished, brand-caliber final cuts
* Collaborate closely with producers and directors
* Manage revisions efficiently and professionally
* Maintain organized project files and workflows
* Contribute creative input that elevates the final product

Minimum RequirementsLanguage requirement:Excellent English Communication SkillsEducation:Bachelor's Degree (ideally)Experience:3+ years of related experience
* Strong portfolio demonstrating premium branded/commercial work
* Excellent storytelling instincts and creative taste
* High attention to detail and technical polish
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
* Ability to operate independently and take ownership
* Comfortable working remotely with a small, high-performing team

* High agency and comfort working with ambiguity
* Based in Brazil (Fortaleza, Rio) or South Africa preferred
