Role context

We're looking for a UX Researcher to work with us on client projects, on a B2B basis.

In this role, you will lead and support research initiatives across a variety of digital products and services, helping clients make informed product and business decisions through user-centered insights.

You will work closely with designers, strategists, developers, data analysts and stakeholders to identify user needs, validate solutions and shape exceptional customer experiences.

Scope of services
* Preparing and executing research processes, from mapping research problems to analyzing research materials.

* Conducting research using techniques such as user testing, in-depth interviews, IDIs, occasionally focus group interviews, FGIs, tree testing and card sorting.

* Preparing and facilitating workshops with clients and internal teams.
