About the Role:
The Telemarketer role is responsible for driving outbound sales and client engagement, building relationships, and expanding the company’s database of prospects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. This is a hands-on role where your efforts directly contribute to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and prospects.
● Build and maintain relationships while accurately recording interactions in the CRM.● Qualify leads and pass high-potential opportunities to the sales team.● Contribute to database management and ensure data integrity.
● Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
● Provide feedback on market trends and customer insights to improve processes.
Qualifications:
Required:
● Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or client engagement.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
● Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred:
● Experience using CRM systems for tracking and reporting.
● Knowledge of the industry sector is a plus.
Interview Process:
●Stage 1:Initial call with the Hiring Manager to discuss background, experience, and fit for the role.
●Stage 2:Practical assessment — a live session with an actor to demonstrate telemarketing and communication skills in a realistic scenario.
●Stage 3:Final stage involves an assessment (personality test) to better understand candidate strengths and alignment with the role.
