Job Overview

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating U.S. import shipments, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods from vendors to warehouse. This role oversees the end-to-end inbound logistics process, including vendor follow-up, customs coordination, shipment tracking, inventory monitoring, and internal communication to minimize delays and supply risks.Responsibilities
* Manage purchase orders from issuance through warehouse receipt

* Coordinate import documentation with customs broker (commercial invoice, packing list, BOL, ISF, etc.)

* Ensure ISF (10+2) filings are completed before vessel departure

* Coordinate additional agency requirements when applicable (e.g., U.S. Fish & Wildlife, Lacey Act, TSCA, etc.)

* Track ocean shipments from ETD through customs release and final delivery
