Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Recruiter at a growing U.S.-based company. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for defined responsibilities as outlined below.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be supporting the company's technical recruitment goals in line with our client support vision of unified success. In this role, you will source and attract highly qualified candidates across various channels and platforms, conduct initial screenings and interviews, maintain comprehensive applicant databases, and coordinate final interview arrangements with Hiring Managers. As a technical recruitment specialist you will be the defining factor in refining and advancing recruitment strategies to align with the evolving needs of our clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with and provide support to your team members to ensure a unified and effective recruitment process.
Qualifications
* More than 3 years of experience in Specialist Technical Recruitment or RPO
* Strong sourcing, people support, and decision-making skills
* Able to deliver exceptional candidate quality in line with the clients role expectations
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in recruitment management tools and software eg, RCRM, Workable etc
* Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
Responsibilities
* Drive knowledge and insights of a variety of roles in order to take job requirements and effectively qualify, screen, and shortlist applicants
* Understand the Job Description requirements and close feedback loops via consistent sync up and connecting with hiring managers.
* Analyze, validate and propose new technical sourcing methods to enhance candidate reach and pipeline diversity.
* Conduct targeted networking activities to expand presence and proactively promote open technical roles.
* Administer general candidate assessments, initial screenings, and behavioral interviews, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data logging for each candidate.
* Coordinate and manage complex interview scheduling with the hiring team, optimizing workflows for multi-stage interview processes.
* Utilize applicant tracking systems to identify and re-engage past candidates for emerging job opportunities.
* Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate technical competencies, relevant skills, and role alignment.
* Execute multi-method interview protocols, including structured interviews, technical skill assessments, and competency-based behavioral questions.
* Maintain and continuously update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems for real-time data accuracy.
* Generate detailed reports for clients and stakeholders, providing insights into hiring trends, pipeline health, and recruitment metrics.
* Conduct thorough evaluations of selection methodologies, developing data-driven recommendations and implementing process improvements for optimized recruitment outcomes.
* Review candidate portfolios and resumes with a focus on technical qualifications and experience as part of a structured pre-screening process.
Compensation
R 20,000 - R 40,000 per month, paid in USD depending on experience.

* Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
