Pay Range : $1500 - $2000 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Company/Client Overview:We’re currently seeking a Remote Tax Preparer to join our team and help us scale operations, with a strong preference for someone who is fluent in Chinese to better serve our expanding Chinese-speaking client base.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Prepare and file personal and business tax returns
* Handle sales tax and payroll tax filings
* Review client-provided financial information and ensure accuracy
* Communicate with clients regarding tax-related documents and deadlines
* Assist in maintaining up-to-date client records and documentation
* Be available for extended hours during tax season
Minimum Requirements:
* Language requirement: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin/Chinese is required and non-negotiable
* Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in US tax preparation (U.S. personal and business taxes) is required
* Proficient in handling sales tax and payroll tax
* Fluent in Chinese-Mandarin – verbal and written.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (including Excel, Word, and Outlook)
* Highly detail-oriented, trustworthy, and organized
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Willing and able to learn internal tools and adhere to our security protocols
