Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers via video call, phone, email and chat.
* Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
* Negotiate with clients and overcome objections.
* Work in Hubspot, Salesforce or other common CRMs.
* Work United States business hours.
Qualifications
* An English or Afrikaans accent.
* Typing at least 50 words per minute.
* 1-5 years of customer service and sales experience.
* Knowledge of Google Workspace and various customer relationship management softwares.
* Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
