This is a full-time remote role for a Head of People at a growing US based company. The individual will be responsible for leading all aspects of hiring, onboarding, training, payroll, performance management, PTO and more. The company is a fast growing Real Estate Services Firm with 50 employees based in Houston Texas but with a fully remote staff.

Qualifications
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in a leadership role
* Experience with Gusto, Deel, Veem and other Payroll platforms
* Past leadership role in a $10 million + revenue company
* Excellent communicator in oral and written English
* Great team player and strong attention to detail
* Thrives in a fluid, fast-paced and results-oriented environment; able to adapt to changing business needs and influence decision-making across all levels of the organization
* Curious, independent, rigorous and proactive
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or associated studies

Compensation

$3,000 - $6,000 per month, paid in USD depending on experience

* Lead the day-to-day human resources function
* Report to CEO, COO and board of directors to carry out company initiatives
