This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Growth at a growing US based company. The individual will be responsible for growing revenue through building, optimizing and analyzing search campaigns, scaling paid customer acquisition. With a focus on maximizing return on investment.

Qualifications
* 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid search and paid social marketing
* Experience with Sales, Revenue Operations, Hubspot and Marketing
* Expert in Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads
* Deep understanding of a/b testing
* Experience with third-party SEM buying and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Marin, SEMRush, Google Analytics etc
* Excellent communicator in oral and written English
* Great team player and strong attention to detail
* Thrives in a fluid, fast-paced and results-oriented environment; able to adapt to changing business needs and influence decision-making across all levels of the organization
* Curious, independent, rigorous and proactive
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or associated studies
Preferred Qualifications
* Sales, Revenue Operations, Reporting and Marketing experience
* Partnerships and Affiliate experience
* Digital / Performance marketing agency experience is not required, but a BIG plus
* SA360, GA360 knowledge is a plus
Compensation

$2,000 - $8,000 per month, paid in USD depending on experience

Responsibilities
* Drive paid search & social strategy and day-to-day operations (Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook Ads), with the goal of driving incremental revenues for our clients
* Build the project roadmap for the channel, launch and monitor direct response paid search and paid social campaigns, and assist with tracking and reporting
* Build target audiences in Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads
* Initiate testing for display re-engagement and video advertising via Google Display Network, and Youtube advertising
* Develop a systematic A/B split testing process to maximize user engagement and nurture customer acquisition
* Collaborate with other channel owners to ensure consistent messaging across all performance marketing mediums
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective solutions.
