* A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
* 5+ years experience with AutoCad
* 5+ years experience in the construction industry
* Experience looking up building codes and regulations
* An eye for design and a background in architecture or civil engineering
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Proficiency in project management tools
* Typing speed 40+ words per minute
* Ability to work on US time zone
* A clean and professional remote work environment
* Fast internet, a second monitor and a fast computer
* Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
