We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, create reports and dashboards, and contribute to data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collect and acquire data from internal systems, databases, and external sources.
* Clean, organize, and validate raw data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
* Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
* Monitor and ensure data quality and integrity across systems and processes.
* Document analysis processes, methodologies, and data sources for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
* Identify opportunities to automate reporting or streamline data-related workflows.

Required Qualifications:
* 5+ years of direct experience as a Data Analyst
* 3+ years of experience in Excel modeling (Exceptional/Expert Level)
* Comfort and ability to leverage AI in enhancing capability and productivity.
* Real Estate experience is strongly preferred with at least 2 years of experience
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
$1,500 - $2,500 per month, paid in USD depending on experience.
