Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team.This position requires hands-on experience with CNC lathes and the ability to write G-code andM-code programs manually (long-hand). The ideal candidate will have experience working withboth Fanuc and Okuma Windows-based controls, and will be capable of creating efficient andaccurate CNC programs without the aid of automated CAM systems.This is an excellent opportunity for a precision-driven professional who enjoys working oncomplex programming challenges and thrives in a hands-on production environment
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3–5 years of CNC programming experience.
* Strong understanding of G-code and M-code syntax.
* Hands-on experience with both Fanuc and Okuma CNC controls.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
* Experience programming without the use of CAD/CAM software (manual long-hand
* programming required).
Responsibilities
* Guide financial firms in adopting and implementing AI tools.
* Communicate AI concepts clearly to non-technical executive audiences.
* Provide practical support with tools like ChatGPT, prompt engineering, and workflow design.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with SolidWorks for reading and understanding drawings (no design work
* required).
* Previous experience supporting both lathe and mill-turn CNC machines.
* Working knowledge of precision measuring instruments and quality control standards.
Compensation
$ 1,500 - $ 2,900 per month, paid in USD depending on experience.

* Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
