The Opportunity:We are seeking a highly experienced and autonomous Senior B2B Sales Executive to take full ownership of the sales process. This is a crucial, full-time, remote offshore role for a seasoned professional with8+ years of experience in B2B services. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals and nurturing client relationships.
This role requires a true rainmaker—someone with a proven track record of success in selling solutions, not just products. You must be a self-starter who is technologically adept and can build and execute a robust sales pipeline with minimal supervision.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Sales Management:
* Own the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to qualification and closing.
* Cultivate new business and manage existing accounts within your assigned territory.
* Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, including negotiations, proposals, and contract finalization.
Outreach & Technology:
* Execute robust outbound campaigns across multiple channels, including cold calling, email, and social platforms like LinkedIn.
* Utilize technology effectively for prospecting and campaign management, demonstrating proficiency with modern sales tools.
Client & Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion.
* Represent our brand with professionalism, clarity, and a deep understanding of our services.
What You Bring
Experience:
* 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically selling services (not products).

Work Structure:
* Full-time, remote position (40 hours per week).
* Must have a minimum of 5 hours of overlap with core business hours (9 am-5 pm) Monday to Friday.
