The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a senior-level Financial Operations & Accounting Specialist to own the financial operations function end-to-end. This role is responsible for managing the full financial administration ecosystem, from high-level financial modeling and reporting to detailed invoice tracking and reconciliations.
This is a role for a QuickBooks power user who values clean, accurate data, moves quickly, and operates with strong ownership. You will partner closely with offshore leadership to ensure financial reporting, processes, and controls are accurate, timely, and scalable.
Core Responsibilities
QuickBooks Ownership
* Maintain full ownership of the QuickBooks Online (QBO) environment

* Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting and growth planning

* Manage full-cycle AR/AP processes
