<p>We are seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Solution Developer</strong> to join our engineering team. This is a versatile role requiring a mix of full-stack web development, data pipeline engineering, and cloud infrastructure management. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining applications that involve both user-facing interfaces and complex back-end automation.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate is a technical generalist who is comfortable working across multiple languages (JavaScript and Python) and is eager to adopt new technologies as our stack evolves.</p>
<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Your impact will be:</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain responsive web applications using&nbsp;Next.js and Node.js.</li>
<li>Write clean, maintainable code in&nbsp;Python for backend services and data processing scripts.</li>
<li>Build and monitor automated workflows and data pipelines using&nbsp;Airflow and dbt.</li>
<li>Design and implement secure, scalable&nbsp;RESTful APIs.</li>
<li>Manage and deploy applications within an&nbsp;AWS environment, ensuring cloud best practices are followed.</li>
<li>Optimize database performance and manage data migrations in&nbsp;Postgres.</li>
<li>Quickly learn and implement new frameworks or tools based on project-specific requirements</li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What you will bring:</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Frontend/Backend:</strong> 5+ years of experience with JavaScript/Typescript &amp; Node.js; with deep understanding of the Next.js framework; and strong experience with API development &amp; integrations</li>
<li><strong>Python:</strong> Proven experience using Python for application development or data engineering.</li>
<li><strong>Cloud:</strong> Working knowledge of AWS core services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).</li>
<li><strong>Data Tools:</strong> Experience in Pipeline Development, specifically transforming data with dbt and/or workflow tools like n8n along with scheduling tasks with Airflow.</li>
<li><strong>Automation:</strong> Experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, or custom-built solutions).</li>
<li><strong>Database:</strong> Strong SQL skills and experience managing PostgreSQL databases (schema designs; complex queries and optimization).</li>
<li><strong>Version Control:</strong> Proficient in Git version control (branching, PRs, code reviews) and implementing CI/CD workflows to ensure stable, high-quality code delivery.</li>
<li><strong>Adaptability:</strong> Ability to switch between different programming languages and technical domains (e.g., moving from a UI task to a data pipeline task).</li>
<li><strong>Problem-Solving:</strong> A track record of identifying technical bottlenecks and implementing efficient solutions.</li>
<li><strong>Continuous Learning:</strong> A proactive approach to learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends.</li>
</ul>
