The Opportunity

We are a fast-growing personal development brand rebuilding our social media infrastructure from the ground up. Our team produces a high volume of impactful content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms — publishing hundreds of pieces per month.

This is not a creative-first role. We are seeking aSyndication & Distribution Specialistwho thrives in the operational side of content. Your responsibility is to ensure that every asset is properly formatted, repurposed, scheduled, and delivered flawlessly across platforms.

What You Will Own

1. Content Syndication & Repurposing

* Manage the technical uploading and scheduling process end-to-end

2. Distribution Operations
* Maintain and manage a master content calendar supporting 200+ posts per month

This is not a stepping-stone role for aspiring influencers or creatives. We are looking for someone committed to mastering the craft of content operations and syndication.

Requirements & Qualifications
* 3+ years in Social Media Management or Content Syndication

* Experience managing high-volume output (100–200+ posts per month)
