Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Social Media and Marketing Specialist to lead the digital presence and growth strategy for our high-end restroom trailer rental business. We serve two distinct premium markets: luxury weddings/events and heavy industrial job sites. This is a specialist position focused on brand growth, paid media ROI, and professional marketing collateral. You will have full ownership of our social media channels and the performance of our advertising spend.

Key Responsibilities

I. Social Media Management & Creative Direction
* Ecosystem Ownership:Manage the complete lifecycle of our social media channels, including strategy, scheduling, and daily posting.

* Content Field Direction:Act as a creative director for our field team. Provide direct, actionable feedback to drivers and on-site staff regarding the quality of content they capture to ensure a constant stream of high-impact imagery and video.

* Brand Voice:Ensure all digital interactions reflect the premium, high-quality nature of our brand across both industrial and luxury event sectors.

II. Paid Media & Performance Tracking
* Meta Ads Execution:Run Meta ad campaigns from start to finish, including creative testing, audience targeting, and budget management.

* ROAS Accountability:Track, compare, and present the success of various campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Meta.

* Data-Driven Optimization:Analyze performance data to provide recommendations on budget shifts to maximize lead generation and conversion.

III. Marketing Collateral & Design
* Sales Assets:Design and create professional sales pamphlets and marketing materials that effectively communicate our premium value proposition to event planners and industrial contractors.

* Video Production:Utilize CapCut (or similar tools) to edit short-form video content for social media and advertising use.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Analytical Mindset:Proven ability to run paid campaigns independently and report on complex metrics like ROAS.
