As a Social Media Marketer and Video Editor, you will bridge the gap between scientific insights and audience engagement by transforming raw ideas into polished digital assets. You will have the chance to sharpen your design and video editing skills in a fast-paced, remote environment where your creative contributions directly drive brand growth and community impact.Key Responsibilities
* Design High-Impact Visuals:Produce professional marketing materials and social media assets using Canva, ensuring 100% alignment with brand aesthetics.
* Execute Video Post-Production:Edit and optimize video content for various platforms to increase viewer retention and engagement metrics.
* Support UI/UX Workflows:Assist in the creation and organization of design components within Figma to streamline the content development process.
* Refine Content Strategy:Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement distribution tactics that maximize content reach.
* Manage Creative Deliverables:Oversee the lifecycle of multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality.
* Maintain Brand Consistency:Audit and update marketing collateral to ensure a unified voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills
* Software Proficiency:Expert-level skills in Canva and professional video editing software (Required).
* Design Tools:Demonstrated experience using Figma for design tasks and asset management (Required).
* Reliability:Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet strict deadlines in a remote setting (Required).
* Attention to Detail:Exceptional eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout precision (Required).
* Industry Experience:Previous experience in a marketing, design, or social media-focused role (Preferred).
* Niche Interest:Familiarity with health, nutrition, or the wellness industry (Preferred).
