* Design and deliver200–400 social media posts per monthacross multiple platforms.
* Ensure designs are on-brand, visually engaging, and optimized for each platform.
* Providequick turnarounds (12–24 hours)on client requests and urgent asset needs.
* Collaborate with project managers and other team members via Slack for seamless communication.
* Maintain organized design files and ensure the reusability of templates in Figma.
* Proven experienceas a social media designer or in a similar role.
* Strong Figma proficiencyand the ability to work within pre-established brand systems.
* A portfolio showcasing a high volume of social media design work.
* Excellent attention to detail, time management, and reliability.
* The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
* This is a remote, offshore role based in South Africa or Latin America.
* The work schedule is flexible and asynchronous, but requires3-4 hours of overlap with EST/PSTto facilitate collaboration with our New York-based client.
