Role Overview:

The SEO Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between the business and its clients, managing SEO projects from onboarding through execution and reporting. This role ensures client satisfaction, timely deliverable execution, and clear communication while aligning search engine optimization strategies with client business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, hosting onboarding calls, regular status check-ins, and performance reviews.
* Translate technical SEO strategies and data insights into clear, actionable summaries and presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including SEO specialists, content creators, web developers, and technical analysts to deliver campaigns on schedule.
* Develop comprehensive project scope documentation, timelines, resource allocation plans, and milestone trackers.
* Monitor campaign health and KPIs using industry tools, identifying risks or roadblocks early and proactively proposing solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Language required:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Experience required:3+ years of experience in project management or account management within a digital agency setting.
* Strong foundational knowledge of SEO principles, technical SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing analytics.
* Proven track record of managing client relationships and communicating complex technical concepts effectively.
* Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Trello) and SEO reporting platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile/Scrum certification.
* Hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
* Experience working with global, remote, distributed engineering and marketing teams across multiple time zones.
