Role Overview: The Organic Growth Driver
We are a premier dance studio with 14 locations seeking a hands-on, high-caliber SEO Lead to take full ownership of our organic growth strategy. This is not a junior role or a "maintenance" position; we are looking for a strategic expert who can replace expensive agency oversight with internal execution and measurable results.
Your primary mission is to drive high-intent organic traffic to our location pages and track every win via HubSpot. You are a "roll-up-your-sleeves" specialist who doesn't wait for a checklist—you find the work, identify the gaps, and execute the solutions.
Key Responsibilities
I. SEO Strategy & Execution
* Organic Growth:Own the end-to-end SEO strategy to improve rankings across all 14 studio locations.
* Keyword & Page Optimization:Perform deep-dive keyword research and execute front-end page optimizations to ensure we are the first result for local dance intent.
* Content Management:Manage the lifecycle of SEO deliverables, including blogs and articles. While you are not the primary copywriter, you are responsible for the research, structure, and ranking performance of every piece of content.
* Link Building:Develop and execute a link-earning strategy to build domain authority.
II. CRM & KPI Tracking
* HubSpot:Utilize HubSpot to track KPIs, organic traffic growth, and conversion metrics.
* Our website isWordPress;mustbe WordPress (Elementor at a minimum) proficient
* Reporting:Provide clear, data-driven reports to leadership that show exactly how organic efforts are impacting the bottom line.
III. Phased Growth: Paid Media
* Expansion:Once the SEO foundation is running as a "well-oiled machine," you will expand your role into managing Google Ads and other paid search verticals to maximize our digital footprint.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Track Record:Proven success in significantly growing organic traffic for multi-location or local-service businesses.
* Mindset:A "hungry" self-starter. We value individuals who see free time as an opportunity to expand their role rather than a chance to coast.
* Technical Proficiency:Expert knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Google Analytics (GA4), and modern SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
Communication:Professional English fluency. You must be able to communicate strategy and results clearly to the owner.
