About the Role

We are a fast-growing US-based search firm building a high-performing offshore recruiting team to support large-scale sales hiring. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and pre-screening top sales talent to support high-volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct cold outreach to sales candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and databases

* Perform 15–20 minute phone screens assessing sales aptitude, communication skills, and cultural fit
