Role Overview
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with solid experience in U.S. building projects to lead the design of HVAC and plumbing systems. The MEP engineer will also be responsible for the coordination and integration of Electrical systems, either through direct layout or by managing consultant drawings.The ideal candidate is hands-on, comfortable producing construction documents, and capable of leading MEP coordination efforts while also executing detailed, design-focused system layouts and documentation, independently.

* Bachelor’s degree inMechanical Engineering.

* 5+ years of experiencedesigning HVAC and Plumbing systems for U.S. commercial projects (multi-family, office, retail).

* Proven proficiency in Autodesk Revit for MEP construction documents.
Proven proficiency in Autodesk Revit for MEP construction documents.
* Demonstrated experience with mechanical design software (e.g., TRACE 700, Carrier HAP, IESVE, or similar) for load calculations and energy modeling.

* Thorough knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination processes.
