The work you’ll do…

As a Senior Internal IT Engineer atPublitas, you’ll build and scale the internal technology foundation that enables our distributed teams to work securely, efficiently, and without friction.You’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with operational ownership and process thinking to improve the reliability and maturity of our internal IT environment.

You will:
* Own and continuously improve our internal IT landscape, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable day-to-day operations across endpoints, SaaS tooling, identity, and access management.

* Drive operational maturity by creating structure, improving workflows, and reducing manual or reactive support work across the organization.

* Lead and coordinate internal IT projects, from onboarding automation and device management to security improvements and tooling rollouts.
