The business operates with documented SOPs, clear reporting rhythms, and disciplined systems. The CEO focuses on capital allocation, deal structuring, and growth. This role exists to protect that focus and ensure operational precision across the business.

Role Overview

The Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO is a senior execution partner responsible for maintaining accuracy, structure, and follow-through across the CEO’s calendar, communications, reporting, and select property operations.

This is not a reactive administrative role.It is a disciplined execution seat.

The objective is simple.The CEO should operate in a calm, prepared, interruption-free environment.

Approximately 10 hours per week will be dedicated to structured property management execution. The remainder of the role focuses on executive support, reporting, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

CEO Time and Calendar Protection
* Own the CEO’s calendar with authority and precision
* Protect deep work blocks and strategic priorities
* Prevent scheduling conflicts and double bookings
* Prepare meeting context, materials, and agendas
* Track commitments and ensure follow-through
* Push back respectfully when requests conflict with priorities

Executive Support and Structured Execution
* Manage inbox flow and routine communications
* Maintain organized documentation and clean file systems
* Support ad hoc projects requiring high attention to detail
* Execute documented SOPs consistently
* Escalate issues appropriately and early
* Maintain a zero-tolerance standard for repeated detail errors

Property Management Execution (Approximately 10 Hours Weekly)
* Execute established systems related to property operations
* Communicate professionally with tenants
* Coordinate lease renewals
* Approve and coordinate vendor activity within defined guidelines
* Maintain accurate property records in internal systems
* Assist with budget tracking and operational reporting
The portfolio is stable and systemized. Execution must reflect that stability.

Reporting and Operational Rhythm
* Prepare KPI summaries for weekly leadership meetings
* Maintain accurate data across tools and systems
* Ensure deadlines are met consistently
* Support the company’s established meeting cadence

Required Hard Skills
* Proven experience supporting a senior executive or founder
* Exceptional calendar and time-management discipline
* Strong written and verbal English
* Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
