Overview

We are seeking aSales Support & Technical Drafter (Closets)to join our U.S.-based sales team. This isone unified positionthat combines technical drafting, sales support, and client-facing communication into a single role. The role exists to help recover deals that were not initially closed by redesigning closet proposals and professionally re-engaging clients with improved solutions.

The ideal candidate is technically skilled, well spoken, and comfortable managing the entire process from redesign to client follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience
* Technical knowledge as a Drafter (Closets)with the ability to redesign and modify proposals

* Strong experience usingdesign/drafting software(AutoCAD or similar required)
