Core Responsibilities
* Full-Cycle Account Management:Serve as the primary sales contact for ~320 assigned accounts. Re-engage inactive buyers, present product solutions, negotiate terms, address customer concerns, and proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Pipeline & CRM Maintenance:Build, organize, and maintain clean deal pipelines in Pipedrive. Log call notes, quotes, order histories, and enforce systematic follow-up cadences to ensure zero account drop-off.
* AI-Enhanced Operations:Use AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate industry/account research, draft personalized outreach, summarize call notes, and optimize daily workflows.
* Order & Fulfillment Support:Gather volume specs to issue pricing quotes, verify order documentation, and collaborate with internal production, inventory, and logistics to track orders through delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience:4+ years in full-cycle B2B sales, account management, or inside sales (experience in industrial materials, manufacturing, or commercial supply distribution is preferred).
* Technical Skills:Hands-on proficiency with Pipedrive (or similar CRMs), AI productivity tools (Claude/ChatGPT), Google Workspace / MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
* Communication & Execution:Advanced written and verbal English skills with a confident phone presence; strong time-management and pipeline prioritization abilities.
* Setup:High-speed internet connection, dedicated remote home office, and full availability during 7:00 AM–4:00 PM CST hours.
