About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2β3 years of sales experience to support our home sales team. This role focuses on lead generation, listing management, client follow-ups, and coordination of site visits to help drive qualified opportunities and successful home sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, inbound inquiries, and outbound outreach
* Create, update, and manage property listings across internal systems and listing platforms
* Conduct follow-ups with prospective buyers via phone, email, and messaging platforms
* Coordinate and schedule site visits between clients, agents, and internal teams
* Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM
* Nurture prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel
* Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks related to home sales
* Ensure timely responses to inquiries and maintain a high level of customer service
Qualifications
* 2β3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or sales development
* Experience in real estate or home sales is a strong plus
* Comfortable with cold calling and consistent outbound outreach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized with strong follow-up and time-management abilities
* Experience using CRM systems and listing platforms preferred
* Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
