Sales Representative (Outbound B2B)
Our client is looking for a full-time outbound Sales Representative/Co-Caller to help grow their local advertising screen network. The role focuses on selling ad placements on TVs installed in high-traffic, high-dwell locations such as restaurants, salons, and wellness centers. The goal is to secure50 customers per 10-TV loop, with an initial target of35 customers by year-end.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and identify local businesses (restaurants, salons, barbers, chiropractors, gyms, cafés, etc.) that would benefit from local TV advertising.
* Make outbound calls, pitch ad packages, handle objections, and close new customers.
* Support new clients withbasic ad design and copy(simple layouts using tools like Canva).
* Maintain an active pipeline of leads and update progress consistently.
* Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets tied to new ad placements.
Qualifications
* 1–2+ years of successfulB2B outbound salesexperience; advertising, media sales, or local business services is a plus.
* Strong communication and pitching skills; confident on the phone.
* Understanding of local business needs and how advertising impacts foot traffic and visibility.
* Basic graphic design ability (Canva or similar).
* Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable with cold calling and consistent outbound activity.
