Salary Range: $1200 - $2000 USD per month(The final offer is at the client’s discretion and depends on the candidate’s interview result, skills, and experience.)

About the Company:

My client is a multi-award-winning luxury cosmetic dental practice with two UK locations. The practice generates £300k–£500k per month from approximately 15 new patients, with treatment plans ranging from £5k to £45k (average case value: £14k).

We are a brand-led, ethically grounded business delivering 5★ quality cosmetic dentistry. Many of our patients have considered treatment for over a year before reaching out — this is a high-trust, high-value, emotionally significant purchase.

We are growing quickly and looking for someone exceptional to join our team as soon as possible.

About the Role:

This is a consultative virtual sales role focused on converting inbound enquiries into high-quality virtual consultations and guiding patients toward in-person appointments where appropriate.

This role is most comparable to luxury sales environments such as:
* High-end watches
* Holiday homes
* Luxury retail
* Premium aesthetic or healthcare services
You will:
* Call interested patients who submit website enquiries
* Conduct virtual consultations (via Zoom)
* Explain our unique approach to 5★ cosmetic dentistry
* Book qualified patients into virtual and in-person consultations
This is not a pushy sales role.

Our style is warm, consultative, and ethical. We never oversell. We sometimes advise patients that we are not the right clinic for them.

Think less “salesperson” and more “trusted advisor” or “luxury concierge.”

Key Responsibilities:
* Call inbound leads quickly after enquiry submission
* Conduct virtual consultations with prospective patients
* Book qualified patients into free virtual consultations
* Convert virtual consultations into paid in-person appointments
* Respond to patient emails and WhatsApp messages
* Make outbound follow-up calls when needed
* Support appointment scheduling and changes
* Maintain detailed records in HubSpot CRM
* Use Superchat for communication management
* Conduct consultations via Zoom
* Collaborate closely with the UK-based team
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* 2+ years experience in luxury sales (virtual or in-person)
* Strong verbal communication skills
* Comfortable discussing high-ticket services (£5k–£45k)
* Experience delivering 5★ client service
* Ability to quickly learn clinical information (training provided)
* Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
* Comfortable with Zoom and digital communication tools
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
* Background in luxury retail, hospitality, property, or premium services
* Experience selling considered purchases
* Strong emotional intelligence
* Ethical decision-making skills
* Calm, confident, brand-aligned personality
Working Hours:
* Ideally 40 hours per week
* Must have availability overlapping UK hours
* Some evening and weekend flexibility preferred (when most convenient for patients)
Training & Development:

No prior dental experience is required.

Importantly, this role participates in a group bonus structure tied to total monthly revenue, ensuring team alignment and preventing unqualified bookings.
