Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales & Lead Conversion
* Conduct consultative discovery calls with prospective US-based students to evaluate career goals and program fit.
* Explain federal, state, and specialized funding options (e.g., WIOA, VetTec) to eliminate financial barriers to enrollment.
* Handle objections, establish value, and guide career changers through the final enrollment decision.
Active Pipeline Management & Activity
* Maintain high-volume sales activity, including ~50+ outbound calls per day.
* Targeted outcomes: 10+ completed student assessments and 5+ student bookings per week (targeting ~25 total enrollments per cohort).
* Execute structured follow-up cadences, re-engage cold leads, and maintain precise CRM data hygiene.
Prospect Communication & Engagement
* Build rapport and effectively communicate with US-based prospects in fluent, clear English.
* Guide applicants through multi-step onboarding processes while tracking milestones through enrollment.
Qualifications & Skills
Required
* Experience:3 to 5+ years of B2C sales experience directly targeting US consumers.
* Core Sales Skills:Proven track record in outbound calling, consultative selling, closing, and systematic pipeline management.
* Systems Proficiency:Hands-on experience with modern CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce).
* Communication & Setup:Fluent English communication skills with a quiet, reliable remote home office setup.
* Schedule:Ability to work full-time hours aligned with US business time zones.
Preferred
* Background in EdTech, tech bootcamps, higher education sales, or high-consideration B2C services.
