About the Role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for outbound lead generation, prospect engagement, and appointment setting. This is a pure “hunter” role focused on identifying the right potential clients, initiating meaningful conversations, and creating opportunities that the CEO will ultimately close.

You will be the first point of contact for many high-profile or strategically important prospects, meaning your communication skills, emotional intelligence, and consultative approach are essential..

Duties and responsibilities:

Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Development
* Build, manage, and consistently work a targeted “Dream 100” list of ideal clients.
* Conduct proactive outreach via email, social channels, and occasional calls.
* Research and understand prospects well enough to craft thoughtful, relevant outreach.

Lead Qualification & Meeting Booking
* Engage prospects with a high-EQ, consultative approach.
* Qualify inbound and outbound conversations to ensure strong meeting quality.
* Book meetings directly for the CEO, ensuring prospects arrive warm and informed.

Communication & Relationship Building
* Maintain professional, polished, and personalized communication at all times.
* Represent Brand Elevate’s values and reputation in a small, interconnected industry.
* Use strong verbal and written communication to articulate value and generate interest.

Collaboration & Reporting
* Work closely with the CEO to align on target accounts, messaging, and strategy.
* Provide regular updates on outreach activity, pipeline status, and upcoming meetings.
* Track activities and performance metrics using internal tools and processes.
Requirements

Must-Have Soft Skills
* High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Ability to read tone, build rapport, and communicate with nuance.
* Critical Thinking: Able to understand context, adapt messaging, and problem-solve independently.
* Strong Communication: Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication.
* Self-Motivated: Driven, disciplined, and capable of managing a structured outreach strategy.

Nice-to-Have
* Experience in outbound prospecting or appointment-setting.
* Familiarity with CRM or sales engagement tools.
* Past experience in agency or creative industries (not required).
