Sales Development Representative (South Africa)

* Perform outbound sales development via email, LinkedIn, and light calling
* Use AI tools to draft and personalize outreach messages, follow-ups, and call scripts
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads and move them through the sales pipeline
* Book meetings and generate qualified sales opportunities for the sales team
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records as leads and deals progress
* Follow defined sales processes while continuously optimizing outreach and messaging
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve conversion and pipeline quality
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Comfortable with outbound sales motions and high-volume outreach
* Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CRM AI features, sequencing tools)
* Familiar with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
* Process-driven, persistent, and not afraid of outreach volume
* Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
* Background in ServiceNow or another ITSM tool
* Previous SDR or BDR experience in B2B sales
* Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
* Knowledge or experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms is preferred
* Consistent meeting generation
* Clean, reliable CRM data
* High-quality lead qualification
* Strong collaboration with the sales team to build pipeline
