Role OverviewWe’re hiring an SDR who’s hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. This is a top-of-funnel role focused on researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision-makers. You’ll work directly with our sales team to identify key accounts, craft personalized outreach, and create the first impression of our agency for potential clients.

This role is not about spamming a list—it’s about thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition, and smart communication. You’ll use a mix of tools (SalesLoft, LinkedIn, Apollo, Salesforce, etc.) to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
* Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP (industries, headcount, revenue, tech stack)

Requirements
* 1–3 years in a similar SDR or BDR role (agency or SaaS experience is a plus)
