* Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
* Book qualified meetings for MSP clients, hitting and exceeding monthly targets.
* Collaborate with Sales Managers and client teams to align on outreach strategies and messaging.
* Track and manage all outreach activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM.
* Participate in regular coaching, team meetings, and training to improve your sales skills.
* Represent our company and our clients with professionalism and clarity in every interaction.
* 1β3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles (B2B preferred).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear, professional delivery.
* Ability to manage a high volume of outreach activities while staying organized.
* Comfortable using sales tools such as CRMs, dialers, and prospecting platforms.
* Reliable internet connection, dedicated workspace, and ability to work remotely.
* Familiarity with the MSP/IT services industry a plus, but not required.
