Duties and Responsibilities:
This role exists to generate new revenue through disciplined outbound outreach while protecting and strengthening the experience of our retail hosts and customers.
This is a high-activity, high-accountability position. The individual must be equally comfortable generating new opportunities and solving live operational issues.
They must represent the company with professionalism, clarity, and composure in the U.S. market.
Sales & Lead Generation Responsibilities
This individual will operate as a high-output outbound representative focused on identifying and qualifying new retail host opportunities.
Outbound Expectations
• High-volume outbound calling daily
• High-volume outbound email outreach
• Structured follow-up using defined cadences
• Real-time CRM documentation in HubSpot
• Clear tracking of all conversations and next steps
This is a disciplined outreach role requiring consistent daily execution.
Core Sales Activities
• Prospect convenience stores, gas stations, grocery stores, and multi-location operators
• Identify decision-makers including owners, general managers, CFOs, and operations leaders
• Clearly articulate our value proposition and profit-share model
• Handle first-level objections professionally and confidently
• Qualify opportunities for strategic fit
• Schedule meetings for senior leadership
• Maintain clean and organized pipeline management

Customer Success Responsibilities
This individual will also support live operations and host satisfaction.
They must be able to shift from revenue generation to service mindset seamlessly.
Inbound & Operational Support
• Take inbound calls from retail hosts
• Respond to customer escalations professionally
• Troubleshoot basic operational concerns
• Coordinate with compliance, operations, and technical teams
• Log all support interactions in CRM
Relationship Management
• Conduct proactive check-ins with installed locations
• Monitor host performance and satisfaction
• Identify recurring issues and escalate appropriately
• Suggest improvements based on feedback patterns
• Protect brand reputation in every interaction
Customer Success Performance Indicators
• Timely response and resolution

Ideal Background
• 2+ years in outbound sales, SDR, account management, or customer success
• Experience handling live calls with U.S. customers
• Familiarity with fintech, retail partnerships, or financial services preferred
• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM
