Our client is a fully virtual tax advisory and accounting firm that supports individuals and small businesses across the United States. They specialise in tax preparation, proactive tax planning, IRS representation, bookkeeping, and estate or asset-protection strategies.

About the roleOur client is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative to handle a high volume of warm, inbound leads. These leads come from referrals and marketing partnerships, including sponsored events. You will speak with prospects who have already expressed interest and guide them into the company's high-value tax planning programs.

Responsibilities:
* Manage a pipeline of warm, inbound leads from referrals and marketing partnerships.
* Conduct consultative sales calls to understand client needs and recommend appropriate tax planning services.
* Clearly explain the value and structure of high-ticket tax plans priced between approximately $3,500 and $30,000 and above.
* Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and other channels to move deals forward.
* Maintain accurate notes and deal information in the company CRM.
* Collaborate with the tax and operations teams to ensure a smooth client handoff after closing.
* Meet or exceed monthly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue.
Requeriments:
* 2 or more years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles, ideally selling services or high-ticket offers.
* Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, with a clear and confident phone presence.
* Comfortable handling a steady volume of inbound leads and managing a structured follow-up process.
* Consultative selling style with the ability to build trust quickly and handle objections professionally.
* Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
* Prior tax or accounting experience is not required; we provides a structured 30-day onboarding and training program.
