Job Description: RevOps & Data Enrichment Specialist (AI-Enabled)

Role Overview
We are looking for a hybridRevOps & Data Enrichment Specialistto join our team. This role sits at the intersection of revenue operations, analytics, and modern AI-assisted execution ("vibe coding").
You will be responsible for scaling our data enrichment workflows, optimizing go-to-market (GTM) processes, and building lightweight automated tools to keep our GTM pipeline clean, actionable, and scalable. You should have a sharp commercial mindset, strong analytical fundamentals, and the ability to leverage AI-first developer tools to solve operational bottlenecks fast.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Enrichment & Pipeline Hygiene
* Design, build, and maintain automated data enrichment workflows across target account and lead lists.
* Source, normalize, and validate firmographic, technographic, and workforce intelligence data using APIs, scraping tools, and enrichment vendors (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Clearbit).
* Audit and optimize our CRM/database hygiene to ensure high match rates and high data fidelity for revenue teams.
2. Revenue Operations & Analytics
* Map GTM processes to identify bottlenecks in lead routing, scoring, and data flow between marketing, sales, and customer success.
* Build dashboards and reporting models tracking core pipeline metrics, enrichment hit rates, sequence conversion, and unit economics.
* Partner with commercial leadership to translate raw pipeline data into actionable revenue and workforce strategy insights.
3. Rapid Tooling & Automation ("Vibe Coding")
* Leverage modern AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, v0, Bolt, Replit) to quickly build custom internal scripts, micro-apps, and webhooks for data transformation.
* Connect disparate systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).
* Turn complex data operations into repeatable, automated micro-services without waiting on central engineering resources.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Experience:3–6 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Growth Marketing, or Commercial Analytics within a B2B SaaS, management consulting, or financial services environment.
* RevOps Tech Stack:Hands-on experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n), and enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, PhantomBuster, etc.).
* Analytics & Data:Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
* AI-Assisted Prototyping:Demonstrated ability to use AI tools/LLMs to write functional Python, JavaScript, or custom API integrations rapidly.
* Business Acumen:Ability to view data through a revenue lens — connecting data quality directly to sales efficiency and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
* Communication:Fluency in English (written and spoken) with a strong capability to distill complex technical workflows into clear business recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior background at a top-tier management consultancy or fintech/SaaS scale-up.
* Experience with web scraping frameworks or custom API wrapper development.
* Familiarity with workforce data, firmographic intelligence, or account-based marketing (ABM) operations.
