About The Role
What You'll Do
* Manage HubSpot Operations:Own the day-to-day management of our HubSpot CRM, including contact management, workflow creation, email sequences, lead scoring, and data hygiene. You will ensure our CRM is clean, organized, and optimized for lead conversion.
* Optimize the Lead Funnel:Track and improve key metrics like speed-to-lead, lead-to-meeting conversion rates, and email engagement. You will personally qualify inbound leads, route them appropriately, and ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
* Coordinate Content & Marketing:Work with our VA (Catherine) to execute our content strategy across podcasts, newsletters, YouTube, and social media. You will help develop content calendars, optimize distribution, and ensure all channels work together to attract larger practices.
* Build Dashboards & Reports:Create and maintain dashboards in HubSpot and Google Analytics to track lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign performance. You will provide regular updates to the CEO on what is working and where we should focus next.
* Manage Vendors & Projects:Coordinate with freelancers and agencies (e.g., web developers, SEO specialists) to execute growth projects. You will help scope projects, track deliverables, and ensure vendors are delivering on time and on budget.
This Might Be For You If...
* You have 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a related role. Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM is required.
* You are highly organized and detail-oriented. You thrive on creating order out of chaos and love building systems and processes.
* You are a self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment. You do not need constant direction and are comfortable figuring things out on your own.
* You are comfortable with data and analytics. You can build reports, interpret metrics, and make data-driven recommendations.
* You are a strong communicator and collaborator. You can manage virtual assistants, coordinate with freelancers, and communicate clearly with the CEO.
* You are eager to learn and grow. You see this role as a stepping stone to a senior marketing or revenue operations position and are excited to build your skills in a fast-growing company.
* Bonus: Experience in healthcare, B2B services, or working with small, high-growth companies.
