The Team

This role is part of our Research team, made up of true industry veterans and experts. Our team members, including Account Directors, bring a mix of supplier-side and client-side experience. We believe clients deserve expertise at all phases of engagement, meaning our researchers own customer service and success. You must be equally comfortable heads-down in the data as you are participating in a client presentation.

The Role

We’re looking for aResearch Managerto support, and in some cases own, project execution from start to finish. Your work will include designing and programming surveys, managing data collection, analysis, and crafting compelling reports that tell a cohesive story. You will partner internally and work with clients directly to understand their needs and ensure delivery of quality work.

What You’ll Do
* Project Execution Ownership:Lead the process of translating research design into execution, managing survey programming, field, and quality control for a diverse portfolio of projects.

* Full Cycle Management:Own all project phases (with Account Director support) for identified projects, including keeping projects on track to meet strict client timelines.

* Client-Facing Communication:Be a primary client-facing member of the team, attending calls and meetings (Zoom) to support direct client communication and presentation.
