As we expand our offshore team, we are looking for motivated and experienced offshore recruiters to join our growing team.

Job Overview:We are looking to hire offshore recruiters this year to help support our growing team and client base. This role will involve sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates, managing high-volume hiring processes, and communicating effectively with both American clients and candidates. Ideal candidates will be able to build professional, consistent candidate profiles and adapt quickly to our proprietary hiring software.

Key Responsibilities:
* Candidate Sourcing & Screening:Proactively source and screen candidates, ensuring a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

* Profile Creation:Create uniform and professional candidate profiles that meet our client's expectations.

* Interview Scheduling:Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth and timely communication.

* Client Communication:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining professionalism and clear communication throughout the hiring process.

* Volume Hiring:Manage and support high-volume hiring processes efficiently.

* Adapt to Technology:Use NewCrew’s proprietary hiring software and leverage tools such as ChatGPT to create resumes and assist in sourcing.

Requirements:
* Proven Recruiting Experience:At least 2+ years of experience in recruiting or similar talent acquisition roles.

* Strong English Proficiency:Exceptional English communication skills, with a focus on an "American" communication style.
