Summary / Overall Purpose
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of talent acquisition with a specialized focus on niche engineering, research and development (R&D), and highly skilled industrial operations roles. This role is essential for scaling our technical teams and ensuring we attract candidates with deep expertise in the electrical, telecom, and industrial sectors.
Essential Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities
Technical Sourcing & Pipeline Management
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-priority technical and corporate roles, including Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Designers, Product Managers, and specialized R&D talent.

* Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates with expertise in infrastructure, power systems, and industrial manufacturing.

* Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Stakeholder Management & Candidate Vetting
* Partner closely with hiring managers across Engineering, Operations, and Sales to define role requirements and understand needed technical skills.

* Conduct rigorous, experience-based screening interviews to assess technical competence, cultural fit, and long-term potential.

Job Requirements (Skills & Experience)
Experience
* 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with proven success hiring for technical or industrial roles (Engineering, Manufacturing, or Telecommunications preferred).
