Department:OperationsReports to:Recruitment and Client Success Manager

Role Overview

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and delivering high-quality candidates to clients while driving placement outcomes and revenue growth. This role requires balancing speed, quality, and client experience, ensuring that all recruitment activities contribute to the success of both clients and the candidates. Recruiters manage multiple roles simultaneously, maintain a strong pipeline, and collaborate closely with Recruitment Managers.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing, Screening & Vetting
* Identify, attract, and engage top talent for client roles
* Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure technical, cultural, and salary fit
* Prepare candidates for client interviews and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process
* Deliver strong, relevant candidate shortlists that meet client requirements
Placements & Revenue Generation
* Drive successful placements in line with revenue and placement targets
* Manage multiple active roles effectively to maintain pipeline health
* Collaborate with Recruitment Managers to close deals
Deal Lead Time & Process Management
* Progress recruitment deals efficiently from handover to closure
* Maintain proactive communication with clients and candidates
* Address delays or challenges promptly to ensure timely closure of roles
* Document recruitment activities accurately for reporting and tracking
Candidate Quality & Client Experience
* Ensure submissions consistently meet high standards of quality and client fit
* Minimize client complaints and resolve any issues professionally
* Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with candidates and clients
* Conduct quality checks on candidate profiles, interviews, and submissions

Success Measures
* High percentage of candidates progressing through interview stages
* Minimum placements/revenue per month (e.g., 4 placements or $20,000 revenue)
* Roles closed within 21 days, with proactive follow-ups
* Positive client feedback and low complaint ratios
