Position: Recruiter

Working Schedule:Possible 12p-9p PST (First 30 days and then flexible with client approval. The schedule IS going to be flexible with some PST afternoon/evening hours.)

Role Description:We are seeking a strong and motivated Recruiter to work directly with exceptional candidates. This role will give you the opportunity to engage with top talent and leading start-ups in the AI space. You will:
* Communicate with top talent via email, phone, and video calls.
* Understand candidates’ skills, experiences, and career goals to match them with the perfect opportunities in our network.
* Build and maintain relationships with companies in our network to understand their hiring needs.
You will primarily focus on software engineers and GTM (Go-to-Market) talent in the US. As part of our early-stage team, you will work closely with the founders and gain hands-on experience in building and scaling an AI start-up.

Qualifications:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* 3+ years of experience in recruiting, or sales (e.g., managing lead lists, sourcing, or interviewing candidates).
* Must have at least 2 years of experience working with US clients, ideally as part of a US boutique firm.
* Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
* Comfortable working in a start-up setting with scrappy processes and evolving structures.
