Job Opening: Quality Assurance Specialist

Location:South Africa, Remote (US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed quality assurance audits across clinical and operational processes
* Review documentation, reports, and case materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to healthcare standards
* Utilize QA audit tools and platforms (including CentralReach and Rethink) to evaluate performance and identify gaps
* Interpret and apply healthcare regulations and standards across varying scenarios and cases
* Provide clear, constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement
* Analyze data using Excel and other tools to track trends, identify risks, and support decision-making
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality standards
* Develop and refine QA processes, frameworks, and documentation
* Translate complex findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders
* Manage multiple audits and projects simultaneously using project management tools

Requirements
* Proven experience in a QA, compliance, or audit-focused role (preferably within healthcare or ABA environments)
* Proficiency in CentralReach, Rethink, Microsoft Office, and Excel
* Experience with QA audit tools and project management platforms
* Strong understanding of healthcare standards and ability to independently research and apply them
* Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify nuanced issues in audits and reviews
* Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex information across different scenarios
* Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts clearly and effectively
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
