Premium Domain Rental Sales & AI website builder

Premium Domain Sales & AI Site Builder

Location:LATAM / Philippines / South Africa

Type:Full-time

Compensation: $2,000 - $3,000 (Base salary plus performance bonuses and recurring commission on monthly domain rentals)

Reports to:Founder / Principal

About us

Our Client owns a portfolio of more than 1,300 premium exact-match domains and has launched over 500 websites across 15+ years. Our core product is deceptively simple: an agent, contractor, or local operator rents a domain like AlexanderiaLuxuryHomes.com or CastleRockLuxuryHomes.com on a monthly basis, and we deliver a live, hyper-local micro website on that domain. They get instant category authority in their market. We get recurring revenue on an asset we already own.

There is no new supply of premium keyword .com domains. Every one we rent is a market a competitor can never enter. That scarcity is the entire pitch.

The Role

This is a true 50/50 hybrid. You will personally sell the monthly domain rentalandpersonally build and deploy the site that makes it worth paying for. One person owns the full cycle: prospect, pitch, close, build, launch, retain.

We are not looking for a salesperson who hands off to a dev team, and we are not looking for a developer who occasionally takes a call. We are looking for someone who can havelive on Netlify on a Tuesday and then get a luxury real estate agent either by email, text of on the phone on a Wednesday, close a $500/month rental Thursday — built with AI tooling in hours, not weeks.

If you have ever thought "I could sell this thing and build it faster than the agency could," this is that job.

What You'll Own

Sales (50%)
* Build and work an outbound pipeline of luxury real estate agents, brokerages, and local service businesses in markets where we hold matching inventory
* Run the full cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, pricing, objection handling, close
* Sell the monthly rental model — recurring subscription, not a one-time domain sale — and articulate why renting authority beats buying ads
* Match inventory to prospects: mine our 1,300+ domain portfolio for the exact markets where a given agent or business would dominate
* Own retention and expansion. Monthly rentals live or die on churn. You keep clients renewing and upsell them into additional domains, listing subdomains, and adjacent services
* Maintain clean CRM hygiene and report pipeline, close rate, and MRR weekly

Build (50%)
* Build hyper-local micro-websites using ChatGPT (or comparable AI tooling) for copy, structure, and content generation
* Deploy and manage sites on Netlify: DNS, domain connection, SSL, redirects, forms, build settings
* Produce live demo sites during the sales cycle — showing a prospect their market’s site already built is the highest-converting move we have
* Build for AI discovery, not just Google: structured content, schema, clear topical focus, and the kind of authoritative hyperlocal pages that get cited by ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity
* Stand up branded email on client domains and handle basic ongoing site maintenance
* Systematize your own process. Every site you build should make the next one faster — templates, prompt libraries, reusable components

What Success Looks Like

First 30 days —You understand the portfolio, the rental model, and the pricing. You have built two or three demo micro-sites end to end on Netlify without help. Pipeline is being built.

First 90 days —You are closing consistently and shipping each client’s site within days of signature. You have a repeatable build process and a clear read on which verticals and markets convert best.

First 12 months —You have materially grown recurring monthly rental revenue, kept churn low, and turned a manual build process into something that scales. You have a point of view on which domains we should acquire next based on what buyers actually ask for.

What You Need

Required
* 3+ years in a closing sales role, ideally selling recurring/subscription services to small businesses or professionals
* Demonstrated ability to build and deploy websites using AI tooling — you should be able to walk us through sites you have personally shipped
* Working proficiency with Netlify or an equivalent modern host: deploys, custom domain connection, DNS records, SSL
* Practical fluency with ChatGPT or similar for content generation, site copy, and structured page building — including knowing where AI output needs a human to fix it
* Comfort with HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript; enough Git to manage a repo
* Working understanding of SEO fundamentals, local search, and how AI answer engines surface sources
* Self-directed. This role is remote and unsupervised by design

Strongly Preferred
* Experience selling to real estate agents, brok

Tips for South African Applicants

Timezone Advantage

South Africa (SAST, UTC+2) overlaps well with European business hours and has a few hours of overlap with US East Coast. Mention your timezone flexibility in your application.

Salary in Context

At R37,000/month, this role is competitive with the average South African remote salary. The USD equivalent ($2,000/mo) benefits from the favourable exchange rate.

Application Tips

Tailor your CV to international standards — use a clean format, highlight remote work experience, and include your English proficiency. Many SA applicants succeed by emphasising their strong work ethic and cultural adaptability.

Load Shedding Preparedness

If you're applying for a remote role, having a backup power solution (UPS, inverter, or generator) and mobile data as a backup internet connection shows employers you're prepared for South Africa's infrastructure challenges.
