About the Role:Manage export shipments from booking through arrival at destination. Blend of administrative, operations, and customer service work — full ownership of each shipment from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate export shipments end-to-end, from booking through final delivery, tracking milestones and updating all parties along the way.
* Contact carriers directly to source and negotiate pricing within the job's approved budget.
* Serve as the client's main point of contact, providing hands-on updates and support throughout the shipment.
* Handle high-pressure situations calmly — delays, customs issues, documentation errors — and resolve them quickly.
* Prepare and maintain shipment documentation (bookings, invoices, bills of lading, customs paperwork) and keep tracking systems up to date.
Qualifications & Skills:
* At least 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international shipping preferred. Professional experience in a comparable role is required.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple shipments at once.
* Calm under pressure with a client-first mindset.
* Familiarity with export documentation and shipping software a plus.
